Estimate a domain's value

Estimate what a domain name might sell for. The model is trained on recorded aftermarket sales and reads the NAME ONLY: the answer is identical whether or not the name is in the directory, and nothing is looked up. Returns the range first (`low_usd` is the 10th percentile, `high_usd` the 90th) and `estimate_usd`, the aftermarket point estimate. The point estimate runs high for names that have dropped or expired, which usually sell near the low end of the range, and the directory publishes the low bound for that reason. Directional, not an appraisal. Open to every plan, Free included, but each call is a 4 to 8 second model run, so it has its own per-ACCOUNT ceiling (Free 3, Starter 10, Business 30 a minute) on top of the general per-key limit; over it answers 429 with `Retry-After`. Set a client timeout of 20 seconds or more. A subdomain is reduced to its registrable name; a path, port, query or IP address is refused with 400.
