These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Revised platform and services provided by Revised, Inc. ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Services

Revised is a data directory of expired and aged domains, vetted for backlink history, referring domains, and verified age from authoritative sources. We do not hold, register, broker or transfer domains, and we are not a party to anything you do with a domain you find here.

You must be 18 years or older and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use our services.

2. Account Registration

To access the platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for unauthorised or illegal activity.

3. Plans & Billing

Revised is offered on a free tier and on paid monthly plans. A paid plan grants access to the directory's features for the billing period; it conveys no ownership of, or claim to, any domain listed in it.

Plan fees are billed in USD monthly in advance, via Stripe or another secure payment provider.
Cancelling stops the next charge. Access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
Reveal allowances are counted in credits and reset monthly on your account's own anniversary (your signup date on the free tier, the start of your paid plan otherwise). An ordinary reveal costs one credit; a featured listing may cost more, as shown on the plans page.
On Starter and Pro, credits left unused at the end of a period carry into the next period only, up to one month's allowance, provided you stayed on the same plan for the whole of the previous period. The free tier does not roll over.
If the availability check we run when you reveal a name finds it already registered, that reveal costs no credits.
Refunds are handled as set out in our refund policy.

4. Use of Platform

You agree to use Revised only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform
Use the platform to distribute unlawful, defamatory, or misleading content
Interfere with or disrupt our infrastructure or systems We reserve the right to suspend access without notice if your use is determined to be abusive, illegal, or in violation of these Terms.

5. No Performance Guarantees

You acknowledge that:

We do not guarantee search engine ranking outcomes or commercial performance from any domain listed in the directory
Availability, metrics and scores are point-in-time measurements from third-party and archival sources, and may be out of date or incorrect by the time you act on them
Responsibility for registering, configuring, redirecting or otherwise using any domain rests entirely with you

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and intellectual property on the platform remains the exclusive property of Revised, Inc.

You retain ownership of content you provide or upload, but grant us a licence to use it as necessary to operate the platform.

You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute platform functionality, or republish the directory or any substantial extract of it, without written permission.

Data you receive through the API, the MCP endpoint, CSV export or the sync feed, on any plan including Business, is licensed for your own use. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute that data, in raw or derived form, or use it to build a competing directory or data product. Names on the open tier are already public; every other name is disclosed to you alone.

7. Third-Party Services

We may integrate or link to third-party services (e.g. analytics, payment providers). We are not responsible for their terms, privacy practices, or availability.

Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or engage in harmful conduct.

Upon termination, you lose access to the platform and data stored on it, except where we are legally obligated to retain it.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or through the platform.

Your continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
