Start a spam-history check
Start a spam-history check for a domain: what the name was over the years the web archive captured it, classified. SUBMIT, THEN POLL. This answers `202` at once with an `id`; `GET /history/{id}` reports `queued`, `running`, `ready` or `failed`. A check takes about 20 seconds. The check reads the typed name only: the answer is identical whether or not the name is in the directory, and nothing is looked up. It is a screen built from archived snapshots, not proof, and an empty history is not a clean one. Open to every plan, Free included, with its own per-ACCOUNT ceiling (Free 2, Starter 6, Business 20 a minute) on top of the general per-key limit, charged here and not on polling; over it answers 429 with `Retry-After`. A busy history service also answers 429. A subdomain is reduced to its registrable name; a path, port, query or IP address is refused with 400.
