What does "Est. value" mean on a listing?

It's an estimate, not a price

Every listing shows an estimated value in USD. It is the output of a valuation model that reads the listing's verified metrics, and it exists so you can compare two domains on something other than gut feel. Nobody is asking you for that number, or for any number, in exchange for the domain: we don't own it.

What drives it

Chiefly Revised Score, which itself blends referring domains, link diversity and archive continuity. Depth of the referring-domain profile and genuine, evidenced age move it as well. What does not move it: how the name reads, how motivated a visitor looks, or what anyone has offered.

What it isn't

It isn't a valuation you should take to a broker, an appraisal, or a promise about what a name would fetch. Domain resale is a real market and a capricious one; a model reading link metrics cannot know what a specific name is worth to a specific person.

A monthly plan, or nothing at all on Free. Never a figure attached to a domain.
