Expired domains by backlink source

This page groups the directory by the 164 well-known sites that currently link to at least one expired domain listed here. Pick a source to browse every expired domain with a backlink from it.

Every link is found in our own web crawl, rather than claimed. Availability is re-checked against the live DNS root over DNS-over-HTTPS, and a listing that turns out to be registered is removed. Site history comes from archived captures: the archived snapshot count and the span of years the site was captured. Revised Score blends link-graph centrality, referring domains and site history into one 0 to 100 grade, computed across the whole directory.

Universities, encyclopedias and government bodies rarely link to a site that was not a source worth citing, which is why domains with those links are listed here at all. Communities and code hosts say a site had an audience. Both are named on every listing beside the referring domain band.
