What's your refund policy?

Plans are monthly

Pro and Business bill monthly. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves the current period intact: you keep the plan, and its reveals, until the period ends. There is nothing to claw back and no exit fee.

If something was wrong

Billed twice, billed after cancelling, or paid for a month the directory was not usable? That is on us. Tell us and we will refund it. We would rather fix it than have you dispute it with your bank.

Change of mind mid-month

We don't pro-rate a partial month by default, because the reveals for that month are already available to you from day one. If you signed up and revealed nothing at all, say so and we'll make it right.
