What is Revised?

Revised is a directory of expired domains and the verified link history behind them, with a focus on which domains AI answer engines already cite. We do not hold, register or sell domains. You browse the evidence, reveal the names worth acting on, and register them yourself wherever you like.

How Revised works

Every domain is checked before it is listed: archived snapshots to confirm genuine activity rather than a registration date, referring-domain analysis and the specific sources behind it, and a spam and trademark screen. Domains that fail are dropped from the pipeline, not listed with a warning attached.

What that means for you:

• Every listing and every metric is public, with no account needed to browse
• Names are masked until you reveal them, but the mask still shows the name's true length, first letter, final word and hyphens
• A reveal shows the full name and costs one reveal from your monthly allowance
• A listing you have revealed stays revealed for your account, forever, at no further cost
• Getting the domain is on you, at any registrar, and we take no cut

Why domain history matters

Search engines and AI answer engines both weigh authority signals when deciding what to trust: links from credible sources, consistent history, genuine age. A brand-new domain has none of that yet. An expired domain with a verified, clean history already does.

Not every domain is equal, though. A listing with real referring domains from a range of credible sources is worth more than one with a high raw count and a thin or suspicious history. That is why the verification runs before anything reaches the directory, and why the evidence is published alongside the score rather than hidden behind it.

Why a directory and not a marketplace

We hold no position in any domain listed here. Everything that clears the screen goes up with its real numbers attached, and a low Revised Score or a thin link profile costs us nothing to publish, so nothing here is written to move stock. There is no cart, no auction and no bidding, and nothing on a listing page is a price.

Getting started

1. Browse the directory and narrow it by TLD, category, linking source, score, age or estimated value
2. Compare listings on their published evidence: referring domains, linking sources, snapshot record, spam screen, and when availability was last checked
3. Reveal the names worth acting on, within your monthly allowance
4. Register the domain yourself, promptly, at whatever registrar you use

Searching, filtering and sorting the directory are free for everyone, signed in or not. Free listings publish their name and exact counts to everyone, with no account and no reveal spent. Free accounts get 5 reveals a month on top of that, on non-featured listings. Starter raises that to 30, opens featured listings at 3 credits each and adds saved views and CSV export; Pro gives 250, featured listings at 1 credit and holds; Business shows every name, with no reveals, and adds the change feed.
